Born and raised in the Rockford, Illinois area, endless summer was just a pipedream growing up. Early on, Evan was an intricate student of his family’s first home build, which planted the seeds of real estate at an early age. Fast forward twenty years when he decided to call the Marco Island / Naples area home permanently in 2014.

Evan has been a member of his community for ten years and is so excited to be turning that local focus toward real estate. Evan graduated from NIU with a degree in Operations & Information Management. He immediately jumped simultaneously into the insurance and the hospitality industries, eventually leading him to Marco Island. His background in these areas, along with a decade of leadership in the hospitality industry on Marco Island, offers the perfect opportunity to meld a passion for real estate with a commitment to residents and those looking to secure their piece of paradise.
